Experience was fantastic! From first interaction right through to the completion of the install. Liam was fantastic and walked us through the sales process, what to expect and explained the benefits of solar and how it worked. He was always quick to respond and was respectful in our home. The installers were also brilliant. They were quiet, neat and tidy and i loved they identified restoration work required to our roof and took photos. No other tradie does that. We are very impressed and will definitely recommend you to family and friends. Thank you!

I was very happy with the whole process from quote to install and post-install assistance / follow-up. I’m also very happy with the solar panels, producing plenty of electricity even on overcast days. The solar edge app is also very useful, giving real-time updates of energy production and consumption, allowing me to assess the impact of changes in behaviour.

Solahart quote was done promptly, quite competitive alongside the other quotes we got. Variations discussed and implemented no problems. The system suggested is well matched to our needs, no hard up-selling as practiced by some other companies. Installation team were cheerful, very efficient, helpful and informative. The panels, wiring, inverter + switches look really neat, and are working just fine, alongside our Solahart hot water. We are learning to watch the app so we can use electricity at best times, adjusting our usage habits to suit. Looking forward to battery prices dropping a bit more so we can hopefully give stinky coal-power the flick altogether, help save our struggling planet!!

Right from start we were impressed with presentation by Liam. No bs or hard sell. He has and was clear with all including his willingness to answer any questions at any time. The installers were excellent and more than willing to accommodate our needs. The team led by Joel, continued non stop during the day. I had some difficulty initially in setting up monitoring app by SolarEdge. I would have liked a bit more time with someone to explain the app and what it can do for us. Overall though, we have recommended Solarhart to two other people.
