He’s a dad to two daughters ages 7 and 3 and a cat called Tia.

Away from work he enjoys playing cricket, anything train related and is a talented musician.

The tradespeople who did the installation were all great workers, friendly and knowledgeable, who stayed until the job was done. We have had a few complications with our electricity supply, and they have been able to work around this, and work with us.

Very easy process to go thought. Originally Nathan gave us a quote for our solar system and hot water system including govt rebates. After having that for around 12 months a simple text to Nathan to ask for a quote for a battery system and I had a quote and questions answered without issues. Even just calling the office they are helpful and go above and beyond to answer or help. Installers are very respectful to property.

Service was professional by both the installers and the office people. The only glitch was with the circuit breaker tripping out on one of the light circuits. This was corrected by other contractors next day in about 30 minutes. Our previous hot water installations at our residence and 3 other properties have all been 5 star.

Sales rep was excellent , install team arrived on time and clearly right across the task at hand. Team leader was excellent . Only one minor problem with the scheduling of work. We were given an installation date then the day before install were told it would be deferred as they hadn’t inspected work site . On inspection the installation date was further pushed due to slope of the roof, needed extra workers to assist with job. Disappointing delay when it was noted originally the roof slope was greater than normal. I needed to make contact with scheduler to finally arrive at an installation date – better communication would have been appreciated
