The product was just what I needed and very happy with instillation, and the electrician was very helpful. The only negative thing is communication. I had to phone several times for someone to get back to me when I was enquiring about hot water service. I wasn’t told when the person was going to install and lucky I wasn’t told home. Also the electrician was much earlier than was told. I know it’s a small complaint but communication is so important
