The product was just what I needed and very happy with instillation, and the electrician was very helpful. The only negative thing is communication. I had to phone several times for someone to get back to me when I was enquiring about hot water service. I wasn’t told when the person was going to install and lucky I wasn’t told home. Also the electrician was much earlier than was told. I know it’s a small complaint but communication is so important

Solahart: TRENT came to our house exactly on time. He listened to my ideas for battery types & power-sizes (to retro-fit batteries to our existing solar panel array) and looked at our electricity bills. He looked at our old house & pointed out that my suggested location of batteries would be illegal. He then recommended location, suitable battery types & sizes, as well as prices, and gave approx. installation date. I then agreed and signed an electronic ‘contract’. JORDAN & his 2 co-workers had excellent teamwork to install the new system, after overcoming some difficulties because of our old house. They didn’t seem to stop. Jordan led his team well, did detailed switchboard adjustments, as well as setting-up the special App for our use. The work site was left fully-tidy. We finally decided to invest in solar panels; that was 4 years ago. Just adding this system has reduced our energy costs significantly. Solahart did such a fabulous job that that installation and the ongoing support that we have now added a battery to match the existing system. Once again Solahart provided excellent customer service, the installation team were fantastic on the day. The battery is already proving to be a worthwhile investment. I found Solahart Newcastle provided a great service, it took a bit longer for the install to happen then i was told by the rep, nearly 12 weeks instead of 8 but they gave me a free upgrade on my battery for the inconvenience so I was very happy with that. The install guys were great, very helpful, efficient and left the site very clean after they were finished. The admin people were very friendly and helpful with my enquiries. Would definitely reccomend this company to anyone wanting solar installed.

Very easy process to go thought. Originally Nathan gave us a quote for our solar system and hot water system including govt rebates. After having that for around 12 months a simple text to Nathan to ask for a quote for a battery system and I had a quote and questions answered without issues. Even just calling the office they are helpful and go above and beyond to answer or help. Installers are very respectful to property.

Installed a 10kwh battery to my 7kwh solahart panels. Installation went smoothly. App now includes battery information. 10kwh won’t be enough to survive off the grid, but will save us money. We chose to include our air~con circuit on the battery backup as we don’t have many blackouts where we live… and when we do, power is usually back on within a couple of hours. Battery is usually full by 10am (in Nov on sunny days in Newcastle) and discharges overnight to the 10% minimum. So I can calculate that our savings at present are around 9kwhs per day + a little extra saving when the battery contributes to our power usage during the day when our usage exceeds the power delivered by the panels.

Wow, can’t wait to get my next electricity bill. Never thought I’d say that. My son had Solahart panels & battery installed about 3 weeks ago. Could not be happier! Especially when you get a $650 electricity bill. I had my installed last week, solar panels & battery in Newcastle. Could not be happier. The guys were very friendly Jack was so nice!! Went out of the way so that I couldn’t see cables at the front of my house. Love the panels, nice & dark & slim line. The Tesla battery is also very nice. lol but oh it does look nice even though it’s a battery. Also the app, wow! love it as well. Can see how much charge your getting from solar to battery to home. Also let’s not forget the grid. Really happy with it all. A good investment!! They cleaned up after & spent extra time getting it all right. Can recommend Solarhart Vicki B
