I found Solahart Newcastle provided a great service, it took a bit longer for the install to happen then i was told by the rep, nearly 12 weeks instead of 8 but they gave me a free upgrade on my battery for the inconvenience so I was very happy with that. The install guys were great, very helpful, efficient and left the site very clean after they were finished. The admin people were very friendly and helpful with my enquiries. Would definitely reccomend this company to anyone wanting solar installed.

Jack and his team arrived on the promised day to install my 13 kW system and battery backup. It was quite a hot day with a thunderstorm thrown in near completion. By days end it was all installed. We have had a Solahart hot water system for decades and from the phone call to the friendly office staff and home visit consultation (which they came on the day they said they would be there) advising us why it was leaking, to installing the replacement hot water service (again on the day and time they said they would be there) – I found them very helpful and professional from beginning to end.

After a positive experience approximately 3 years ago for an installation on a previous property we were happy to consider them again. We approached 3 companies for quotes and received 2 in a timely manner. We proceeded with Solahart despite a higher cost due to the quality of the proposed components and the standing of the Solahart reputation. At all times staff have been prompt and professional and helpful. The installation was undertaken and completed in one day as planned and we are very pleased with the end result. All staff involved with the install were particularly courteous and professional. Notably at completion there was no evidence that they had been on site ie all electrical rubbish and packaging of any kind had all been removed.

After 16+ years of service our solar hot water tank developed a bad leak and we called out the guys from Newcastle to have a look. The afternoon of the day I made the call the Plumber was there to have a look, after having a quick look, recommended due to the age, a new tank, he also got up on the roof to inspect the panels and found they to had developed leaks. Decision made to install a full replacement system and I had the quote in my email that afternoon, booked in the install and the guys turned up on the day and on time and had it all changed over in a couple of hours. From my first phone call to the install was just over a week, super efficient service and a great job by all involved. Pete.
