Solahart: TRENT came to our house exactly on time. He listened to my ideas for battery types & power-sizes (to retro-fit batteries to our existing solar panel array) and looked at our electricity bills. He looked at our old house & pointed out that my suggested location of batteries would be illegal. He then recommended location, suitable battery types & sizes, as well as prices, and gave approx. installation date. I then agreed and signed an electronic ‘contract’. JORDAN & his 2 co-workers had excellent teamwork to install the new system, after overcoming some difficulties because of our old house. They didn’t seem to stop. Jordan led his team well, did detailed switchboard adjustments, as well as setting-up the special App for our use. The work site was left fully-tidy. I found Solahart Newcastle provided a great service, it took a bit longer for the install to happen then i was told by the rep, nearly 12 weeks instead of 8 but they gave me a free upgrade on my battery for the inconvenience so I was very happy with that. The install guys were great, very helpful, efficient and left the site very clean after they were finished. The admin people were very friendly and helpful with my enquiries. Would definitely reccomend this company to anyone wanting solar installed.

Very professional install both in piping and electrical. Great option to maximise solar energy and convenience with the option of a timer that can be switched off in summer and conveniently boost in winter.

We have had a Solahart hot water system for decades and from the phone call to the friendly office staff and home visit consultation (which they came on the day they said they would be there) advising us why it was leaking, to installing the replacement hot water service (again on the day and time they said they would be there) – I found them very helpful and professional from beginning to end.

After a positive experience approximately 3 years ago for an installation on a previous property we were happy to consider them again. We approached 3 companies for quotes and received 2 in a timely manner. We proceeded with Solahart despite a higher cost due to the quality of the proposed components and the standing of the Solahart reputation. At all times staff have been prompt and professional and helpful. The installation was undertaken and completed in one day as planned and we are very pleased with the end result. All staff involved with the install were particularly courteous and professional. Notably at completion there was no evidence that they had been on site ie all electrical rubbish and packaging of any kind had all been removed.
